DCHS’s Dr. Chao preps AW’s Cleo for surgery
Angel’s Wish is excited to share how a new partnership with Dane County Humane Society’s Shelter Support Program is already making a difference for cats in our care. Through this program, cats like Moxie, Sampson, and Cleo received spay/neuter surgeries, vaccines, and even dental care that helped them find their new homes more quickly.
With veterinary clinics across the country experiencing high demand, it can sometimes take longer for us and our tranfer partners to secure appointments for our animals. This collaboration helps fill in those gaps, ensuring cats get the timely care they need.
We’re grateful to DCHS for stepping in to help, and to all of the veterinary partners who continue to support our mission. Working together, we can give more cats the healthy start they deserve and reduce pet overpopulation.
