I wanted to give you the progress report on Leela and Rolo. We have renamed them Athena and Ares and have enjoyed watching them run around. It has been almost two weeks since we brought them home, and they have adjusted to their new home well. They have found hiding nooks in the couch and like to sleep under our bed (until around 5 AM when they like to try to sleep on our faces).
Athena has been a bit reserved, but is warming up to us and is becoming much more cuddly. As Ares has gotten more comfortable he has become a bit more wild causing trouble wherever he goes. The two love to play together and snuggle up together for a good nap. They have done great with the litter box and love to climb in the shower.
It has been fun to learn about their individual personalities. Athena comes running whenever I get under a blanket, and Ares is incredibly food driven. Both are very sweet and seem happy to be a part of our family.
